Artificial Intelligence Recommendation Engine is deployed for Midea Smart Home Meiju APP in China

SYDNEY, Australia – December 2017 – Singapore-based startup, Rich Data Corporation (RDC), has deployed a personalised Artificial Intelligence (AI) product recommendation engine within the Midea Meiju APP, as part of a 5-year strategic partnership with Midea Smart Home, a division of leading global home appliance provider and Fortune 500 company, Midea Global.

Leveraging AI, the RDC technology delivers Meiju APP users with highly accurate, individually tailored purchasing recommendations based on previous purchase history and advanced machine learning algorithms. The recently launched project signals the first success in a long-term partnership to help Midea’s Smart Home division focus on customer-centricity, leveraging data and artificial intelligence capabilities and supporting the company’s ongoing APP channel innovation.
