Michael has more than 35 years of experience in business and information technology (IT) primarily in senior and top management roles. He served as Executive Vice-President for the Asia-Pacific and Japan region at EDS, and Group Executive for Business and Technology Solutions and Services at Westpac Banking Corporation. Michael was also Chief Information Officer of the National Australia Bank, leading all IT activities in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Britain and the US. Michael is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Ada brings over 20 years’ global experience in financial services, software, and retail industries. Leading a Global Client Advisor team at Oracle Corporation, she advised board and C-level executives in large global banks on digital disruption and Fintech strategy, and drove Oracle thought leadership in banking digital transformation for Global Key Accounts. During her time at Westpac Bank in Australia, Ada implemented a multi-million dollar program to deliver a mission critical services layer for the Bank and formulated the IT strategy that formed the basis of the $800m investment program to transform Westpac’s Product and Operation division, and complete the merger with St. George Bank. Ada holds an EMBA from the Australia Graduate School of Management, and a Master of Computer Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia.

Gordon has been actively involved in product strategy and product development within three international software organisations, driving new capabilities from inception to market. He has extensive experience over all phases of the business solution lifecycle. As a senior industry solution director at Oracle, Gordon focused on transformation and innovation. He was responsible for all pillars of technology and applications with various executive and IT teams from companies including Westpac, NBNCo, AMP, Sydney Water, and Origin Energy. At Amdocs, Gordon worked on transformations and architecture in companies throughout Asia Pacific region. Gordon’s career began in chartered accountancy in New Zealand, and in parallel he undertook his ACA studies and later completed a CPIM, as well as leading an ISO9001 certification.

Charles has over 15 years’ experience in business analytics, enterprise applications, and program delivery. He was previously an Enterprise Architect at NSW Department of Justice, leading the enterprise performance management framework and implementation projects. He advised the departmental executives on strategy for business analytics, enterprise performance measurement and actionable insights. He also led the design and implementation of a budget system for the $5B budget of the department. Charles previously operated a consulting business managing IT projects using onshore and offshore resources for small to medium enterprises. Charles holds an EMBA from the Australia Graduate School of Management, a Master of Computer Engineering degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Tsinghua University, China.
Lai Mei Leong

Lai Mei has 25 years’ experience across industries as varied as Food & Beverage, Electronics, Property Development, Lifestyle, Medical, and Health and Wellness. She has deep experience in accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general management and operations, including human resources. Lai was the key project leader for an IPO with dual listing in Singapore and Australia, being for an electronics group providing high-technology turnkey solutions to the semiconductor and surface mounted technology sectors. She also spent 10 years in an Australian publicly-listed medical and health supplements group with operations across Asia and Australia, holding the role of General Manager in charge of its Singapore, China, and Indonesia business units. Lai Mei has a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since 1997.

Kevin brings more than 20 years of experience and indispensable connection with China banks to the RDC team, having most recently served as Vice President & Managing Director of the Greater China Area at Diebold Nixdorf where the business achieved the highest market share and exceeded over $300 million in revenue under his leadership. Kevin joins the team with a thorough belief in RDC’s unique value for China banks, and an eagerness to explore opportunities to apply his extensive and valuable experience in this region.
Dr Hendra Suryanto
Chief Data ScientistChampioning the cause of data before it entered management lexicon as an asset, and now delivering research insights underpinned by global corporate experience.
Hendra has over 20 years’ experience in data science, big data, business intelligence, and data warehousing. Prior to joining RDC, he was a Lead Data Scientist at KPMG and advised the firm’s clients globally in relation to data science and big data projects. Dr Hendra’s experience spans across data architecture, data science and data engineering, managing and designing end-to-end data analytics solutions within an Agile continuous delivery DevOps framework. He has worked in leading organisations including Westpac Bank, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Veda, Bupa, HCF and Vodafone. He has in-depth expertise in various domain verticals including telecommunication, banking, fraud, risk, marketing, and insurance. Hendra completed a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and has further experience as a postdoctoral researcher in machine learning.
Development Centre General ManagerPowering the evolution of the RDC intelligent cloud, with the benefit of experience in startup and corporate environments.
Han has over 20 years’ experience in enterprise management, internet software development, technical architecture, and software team management. Prior to joining RDC, he was the chief architect and large enterprise product director for Kingdee, completing the company’s upgrading and transformation from traditional office management software to mobile Internet products. He is also proficient in internet technology architecture and has created enterprise-class SAAS instant messaging products. At the start-up First-Soft (acquired by Kingdee in 2010), Han was the CTO and had responsibility for the company’s technical architecture and technical team management. He designed and organised the team to complete the research and development of the enterprise collaborative office products (OA). Han graduated from Central South University in 1995, specialising in computer and software applications.

Kent has over 10 years’ experience in enterprise application development, operations, and business intelligence. He was previously a Director in the NSW Department of Justice, working closely with the CIO to modernise software development and lifecycle management.
Kent holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Technology, Sydney.
